The first step is to work with you to solidify the campaign we intend launch for you. It is the setup phase. This means gathering proper information about your community, how you operate, as well as working with you to collect the necessary creative material we will utilize for the ads, landing page and content. We want to become one with your brand and team and have a specific and proven process of achieving that in month one. During this time any existing campaign that is running can continue running to bring in leads.

Step 2: 

Launch. Let’s start building your pipeline.

The next step will be to launch the ads using our Golden Intent Outreach Pipeline. The ads will use real, relatable moments from within your community and tell a story that connects with families’ specific life situations. Once we pull them in and have them interested we will qualify them for you. When they click on our landing page we will walk them through various qualifying questions that will validate their intent. We have specific ways we build these pages and questions, with your input, to help ensure the leads are qualified. If you would like to handle all of the qualification on your side, we have a strategy for that also.

Step 3: 

Optimization. This is where you achieve yor goals.

During this final step we work on optimizing your ads to generate the highest possible response. This process involves meeting with you weekly to help you achieve your goals. We’ll have constant communication so we’ll be aligned and guiding you the best way we can every step of the way.

The last element so you can achieve everything you want is responsibility.

    Monthly fee: $2,000 plus $3,000 in ad spend

 

Including our fee and the ad spend, your cost per booked tour is just $400.

Evaluate your conversion rates and a client’s lifetime value (CLTV). The formula for CLTV is:

Average Residency X Average Monthly Fees = Client Lifetime Value!

Average Residency (2.5 years) X Average Monthly Revenue ($5,000) = A CLTV of $150,000!
