Rotating between one email campaign and one text campaign per month, segmented by tag — active members, past clients, and trials that didn’t convert. Camp and clinic promotion, re-enrollment pushes, review requests. Includes list maintenance and performance reporting.

Hosting, SSL, daily backups, plugin and security updates, uptime monitoring, and small site changes as needed — image updates, schedule changes, minor edits. Reduced from our standard rate of $149. New pages or design work quoted separately.
