Intercap Lending Proposal

Our approach

A phased engagement. We take over hosting and stabilize the current site first, evaluate what’s there, then rebuild it on a foundation your team can run without coming back to us for every page.

Some fixes shouldn’t wait. Our review found that some pages are difficult to reach from the navigation and several links lead to 404 errors.

Landing pages.Events and loan program pages are a weekly need. We deliver templates and an AI-assisted workflow.

The site has to work for your sales teams, not just consumers. The site is just as much credibility as it is traffic — the business card your partners and referral sources see. That means loan officer pages, campaign landing pages, and attribution that survives a form submission, alongside the visibility work.

Each phase is approved separately. You can stop at any phase boundary and keep everything produced, and you own every account from day one.

Phase 1 — Stabilize, host and evaluate

$3,499 fixed · 3 weeks · begins on signature

Hosting and security

  • Migrate to managed hosting on SiteGround — the platform we host our other client sites on — with daily malware scanning, patching and off-server backups, and a test restore verified
  • Review the tools added after the incident and consolidate where they overlap, so you are not paying twice for the same protection
  • Access audit across WordPress, server, DNS and registrar, with two-factor enabled and credentials rotated
  • Independent review confirming the September cleanup held — offered at no charge on our first call, and included here
  • Review of plugins to determine what should be removed or replaced, with removals tested on staging before they go live
  • Harden the site: block XML-RPC, remove the public readme, configure standard security headers, limit login attempts

Fixes to the live site

  • Reconnect or retire pages that currently redirect to a 404 page
  • Fix any broken menu links
  • Repair broken code or remove unneeded code
  • Correct the footer copyright, which currently reads 2024
  • Fix the sitemap so all published pages are included

Deliverable

  • Written evaluation of the current configuration and infrastructure, with recommendations on UI/UX, functionality, performance, maintenance and security
  • A record of every change made

Phase 2 — Rebuild

$11,500 · 10–12 weeks · begins after Phase 1

Design

  • Site structure and navigation, resolving any duplicate items and the missing indexes
  • Seven templates designed and approved: home, loan program, loan officer, branch, campaign landing page, event and servicing hub
  • Two rounds of revisions, with your creative director involved on brand consistency

Build and migration

  • Templates built on a page builder your team can operate
  • All loan officer pages and branch pages migrated with individual NMLS details intact, and directory search by name and state retained
  • Pages and posts migrated, with retired content redirected rather than dropped
  • Redirect map covering every existing URL, implemented and verified, so bookmarks, email-signature links and rankings carry over
  • All forms rebuilt and tested
  • Calculators rebuilt as proper, effective tools
  • Campaign landing page template plus a UTM framework, so paid and social traffic lands correctly and reports back cleanly
  • Event page template with RSVP capture
  • Structured data across templates to support visibility in both traditional and AI-driven search
  • An AI-assisted workflow for drafting landing pages, metadata and schema at volume
  • Performance work: plugin reduction, image optimization and caching for quicker homepage loading
  • Staging review and launch, with written documentation

Timeline

Milestone Week
Phase 1 complete — site stabilized, hosting migrated, evaluation delivered 3
Design presented 6
Design approved 8
Build and migration 9–12
Staging review and QA 13
Launch 14

Timelines assume design feedback within five business days, one point of contact who consolidates feedback from your team, and final content, branch compliance data and compliance approvals delivered on schedule. In our experience, approval cycles cause more delays than build time does.

Managed care website plan

$649 per month · begins at Phase 1 · 12-month initial term
  • Managed WordPress hosting on infrastructure you own
  • Daily malware scanning, quarantine of newly uploaded files, and malware cleanup and remediation included — no separate incident invoice
  • Plugin, theme and core updates, applied and tested
  • Daily off-server backups with quarterly test restores
  • Uptime and performance monitoring
  • Three support hours per month, as needed
  • One monthly consultation on future website or AI functionality, as needed
  • Monthly report covering security, speed, uptime and search visibility

Intranet

Optional · discovery $4,999 fixed · 3–4 weeks · scheduled when you’re ready

We would rather not put a number on an intranet build until we’ve logged into it and talked with the people who own the content — the search experience depends heavily on how that content is organized. Instead, we propose a paid discovery.

Discovery produces a content inventory, a structure and search recommendation, a platform recommendation, and a costed build plan.

Taking you up on your offer: an introduction to Erin and to whoever handles permissions on the IT side is what we’d need to schedule it.

Scope and assumptions

Included:

  • All design, development, migration, testing and documentation described above, plus project management, a weekly status update, and two revision rounds per phase.

Content:

  • Existing content is migrated as-is. AI-assisted copy refresh is included for up to 10 key pages, with Intercap supplying subject-matter input and final approval. Additional pages quoted separately.

Additional work beyond scope:

  • $150 per hour, quoted and approved in writing before work begins.

Not included:

  • Content writing beyond the AI-assisted refresh noted under Content; photography and video production
  • The servicing portal and the point-of-sale system — the marketing site holds no borrower data, and the rebuild keeps it that way

  • A full access list will be provided at kickoff, covering hosting, registrar, Cloudflare, Google properties, plugin licenses and security tools.
